學生專案團隊中領導角色之扮演與團隊情感的影響, 楊亨利 尤松文
本研究以一個學期實際開發資訊系統的資料庫設計課程為實證案例,並以個案研究的方式探討學生專案團隊領導角色的扮演及團隊情感的關係。研究結果顯示在學生專案團隊中團隊情感影響了領導角色的決定、工作安排及功能扮演,並發現在學生專案團隊中扮演領導角色者除維持最基本的外界聯絡者外通常不具有實質的領導功能。學生專案團隊之實質領導權會因為知識權力的高低而轉移,而其變化都建基於團隊情感所形成的集體共識。

電腦化過程參與成員認知差異之研究 -以科技框架分析,張玲星 顏河清
隨著電腦科技的進步和人類的需求。資訊系統已成為人類社會中不可或缺的工具。但由傳統人工方式轉換為電腦化的過程中,會遇到很多困難、挫折和失敗。大部分的研究個案,都集中於資金雄厚,資訊系統功能強大(如:ERP),有專門的資訊人才的大規模企業的資訊系統的建置上。少有學者討論資金少,缺乏資訊人才,所要求的資訊系統功能技術低,但需在極短時間內的情形下,又要進行數十筆、甚至百筆交易,且對系統穩定度要求也很高的個案,此種IS的導入實際上有著莫大的困難;而同時這也是普遍存在於小型組織的資訊化過程中的結構性問題。
本研究以科技框架理論(Technological Frame)為研究基礎,以質性研究的深度訪談方式,並透過訪談資料的歸納、彙總分析,深入了解國內某一國立高中合作社在導入電子收費庫存系統的過程中,系統導入者(理事主席)、系統操作者(門市小姐)以及系統使用者(學生)三方之間,所可能發生的認知差異,及其如何影響此系統的實施與發展。在實務的貢獻上,可提供全國3830所中、小學,高中職校(教育部網站提供),以及其他學者專家研究相關議題時之參考。

在經過一番優勝劣敗的淘汰後,電子商務再次成為企業經營的一種重要模式。本研究以Feishbein and Ajzen(1975)之「慎思行為理論」為基礎,建立並驗證一「網站忠誠度」解釋模型。透過「結構化方程式模型」之建立與分析後,主要研究結論如下:
1.網站使用者對網站之「態度」,會受到使用者知覺到網站所提供的「產品力」、「資訊力」及「產品遞送力」的影響;其中,「產品力」尚會透過「資訊力」,間接影響使用者對網站之「態度」。
2.網站使用者的「上站忠誠度」,會受到網站使用者對網站之「態度」及其認知到的「促銷活動程度」和「主觀規範」所直接影響;其中,使用者知覺到網站所提供的「產品力」、「資訊力」及「產品遞送力」,則會透過「態度」,間接影響「上站忠誠度」。
3.網站使用者的「購物忠誠度」,會受到網站使用者對網站之「態度」、「信任」及其所認知到的「促銷活動程度」和「主觀規範」所直接影響;其中,使用者知覺到網站所提供的「產品力」、「資訊力」及「產品遞送力」,則會透過「態度」,間接影響「購物忠誠度」。

探討台灣資訊人員留職傾向之影響因素,吳盛 林杏子
隨著資訊科技的快速進展,以及全球競爭的環境,許多企業開始思考資訊科技所能帶來的競爭契機,資訊人員在企業所肩負的責任也更為重要。然而,企業中該如何管理資訊員工的人力問題,以減少其離職比率,或增加其留職的傾向,成為資訊時代重要的課題。本研究主要探討影響留職傾向的前導變數之間關係,以台灣資訊人員為研究對象進行問卷調查,共回收有效問卷439份。透過SEM(Structural Equation Model)為基礎的路徑分析(path analysis)來探討留職傾向模式。研究發現,除了假說2b之外,所有假說均支持留職傾向模型內之變數間的關係。其次,個人屬性在影響因素的差異性分析結果為:
(1)性別變項在工作投入和組織認同有顯著差異;
(2)婚姻變項在角色混淆、組織認同和留職傾向有顯著差異;
(3)年齡變項在生涯滿意、組織認同、和留職傾向有顯著差異;
(4)教育程變項在主管支持和生涯滿意有顯著差異;
(5)職位變項在主管支持、工作滿意、生涯滿意、組織認同和留職意願有顯著差異。

虛擬群組認同性的發展過程—以虛擬教育社群為例 , 楊美蓮
當網際網路成為專業社群進行社會互動的另一種選擇時,了解這些群組在虛擬空間中如何建構,是非常重要的研究議題,而「群組認同」是探究這個議題的重要關鍵。群組認同是社會互動的基石,也是群體成員做為定義自己是誰及自己與群體之間關係的基礎。本研究觀察教師在思摩特虛擬專業社群中的社會互動,透過分析有關建構式教學的討論文本,發現虛擬群組認同被建立的發展過程。
研究發現,第一,情感、附屬及夥伴等型態的對話文本,則多出現在虛擬群組認同建立過程的初期;而聯盟、親近及親人則多出現在認同建立過程的中期;最後階段則是情感、夥伴及懷舊。第二,研究中發現關鍵參與者在虛擬群組認同的形成中扮演重要的角色,當虛擬群組認同遭受懷疑與威脅時,關鍵參與者的鼓勵與幫助,有助於成員自我的重建。
對虛擬群組管理者而言,本研究提供理解專業社群群組認同建立及分享的方式;而在電腦媒介溝通系統的實踐上,本研究的發現可以做為增進虛擬群組成員相互理解的方式。

以DeLone & McLean模式探討入口網站成功之影響因素 , 周家慧
本研究之主要目的在探討一般型入口網站成功之影響因素,以DeLone and McLean於2003發表的資訊系統成功修正模式為架構基礎,參考科技接受模式等行為理論做修正,再加入知覺趣味性此內在動機構面,並以中部地區科技大學與技術學院之學生為調查對象,共得有效問卷386份,以結構方程模式(SEM)為分析方法,檢定整個模式之配適度與各構面間之關係。根據資料分析結果發現,滿意度直接影響使用意願,資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質、知覺有用性、與知覺趣味性皆與滿意度有顯著正向關係且間接影響使用意願,其中知覺有用性對滿意度的效果最強,而影響知覺有用性的主要因素則是資訊品質及服務品質。最後提出結論以及實務與學術研究上的建議。

The investigation focus of this research is a database design course that required real information system implementation in a term. Through case study, this research investigated the roles of team affections and leadership in student project for developing information systems. The results indicated that team affection heavily influenced leader selections, work assignments, and actual role-playing in student projects. The student leaders were just windows for outside contacts and did not possess any power in their teams. The actual leadership would be transferred depending on the knowledge power of team members.

A Study of Individual's Cognition in Information System Development-Based on Technological Frame

Information system (IS) is a necessary instrument in contemporary society, because of human beings demand and progress of information technology.But there are many struggle, frustration, and failure in IS implementation process.On the one hand, most of these kinds case study focus on powerful IS, such as ERP, and CRM.They have MIS department and professional employees to building full-scale IS.On the other hand, there are few scholar try to understand low-budget, not a state of the art technique, no matter in small-scale public or private business.In such IS needs handle scores, even hundred transaction in few minutes.Thus, this kind IS needs high stability.Therefore, such case in IS implementation process is rocky, and have structural problem inevitably.
This study base on technology frame, deeply explore the POS implementation process of a senior high school.We analyze three roles of the IS, including the initiator (Chairman), operator (sales), and customer (students).Then, we use qualitative research methodology, through intensity interview to find out cognitive difference of these three roles. Practically, there are 3830 primary, junior, and senior high school could refer our interpretation.

The Influencing Factors of Customer’s Website Loyalty
- the Case of Shopping Website

After drastic competition, it is proved that e-commerce is an important business model. This study develops and confirms a causal model of “website loyalty”, based on “Theory of Reasoned Action” addressed by Fishbein and Ajzen(1975). Through structural equation model for statistic analysis, the summary and the results of three studies are listed briefly as follows:
1. One’s impressing of the product, information, and product-delivery over the target web site are positive to his perceived attitude of using the web sites, and the impression of the information will moderate the effect of product impression to the attitude.
2. Attitude, promotion, and subjective norms have positive effect to the consumer’s web browsing loyalty. And the impressions of the product, information, and product delivery also have positive effect to attitude concerning the browsing loyalty.
3. There are significantly positive effect of consumer’s web shopping loyalty to consumer’s perceived attitude, trust, promotion, and subjective norms toward the web. And the attitude will moderate the effect of the impression of the product, information, and product delivery over the target web site to the shopping-loyalty.

Exploring the Factors Affecting IS Professionals' Intention to Stay in Taiwan

While information technologies gradually play an important role in business, enterprises nowadays often face challenges on the recruitment of IS professional so as to help organizations gaining competitive advantage.The issue concerning human resource management in IS domain would be significant for organizations keeping and promoting their IS professionals’ intention to stay and decrease their turnover rate.
This study investigates the determinants of "intention to stay", a survey is conduct to the IS professionals in Taiwan and 439 complete response is collected to test the research model using path analysis.The results show that all the individual causal paths are significant except the hypothesis 2b.In addition, to further investigate the individual differences, the results shows that (1)job involvement and organization commitment are significant influenced by gender, (2)role ambiguity, organization commitment, and intention to stay are significant influenced by marriage, (3)career satisfaction, organization commitment, and intention to stay are significant influenced by age, (4)supervisor support and career satisfaction are significant influenced by education, and (5)supervisor support, job satisfaction, job satisfaction, job satisfaction, organization commitment, and intention to stay are significant influenced by the position.Finally, the conclusion and implication are discussed.

The Development Process of Virtual Group Identity: A Virtual Educational Community Case

As the Internet now provides an alternative forum for the social interaction of professional groups, understanding how these groups establish themselves as virtual communities, in this cyberspace environment, is crucial.In this study, we observe the social interactions of teachers belonging to the largest virtual community in Taiwan, and analyze the discourse concerning an important educational policy through content analysis, as a way of discovering how a virtual group identity is established.
Our primary findings show that, among the seven identity categories characterizing professional virtual group identity, affection-, attachment-, and bonding-type conversations are the most salient factors in the beginning stages of the group identity development process.Following close behind are the identity categories of alliance, closeness and kinship.Finally, the categories of attachment, bonding and nostalgia come into play.The leadership of the virtual group also plays a critical role in the group setting and participants play a part in restoring a positive sense of self or in shaping the group identity as they encounter threats in these dynamic surroundings.
For the implementation of CMC system, this study can provide insight into the appropriate technological design and foster mutual understanding between the members of the virtual professional community.

Using DeLone and McLean Model to Analyze Determinants of Portal Sites Success

The purpose of this research is to analyze the determinants of portal sites success. Research model was based on DeLone and McLean model of information systems success and Technology Acceptance Model. Perceived enjoyment was incorporated in the research model. Data were obtained from the students of three universities in central Taiwan, and 386 effective responses were retained for analysis. Structural equation model was used to estimate the fit of the overall model and to analyze the relationship between variables. According to the results, usage intention was affected by user satisfaction. Information quality, system quality, service quality, perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment were all positively related to user satisfaction, and had indirect effects on intention to use. Perceived usefulness had the strongest effect on satisfaction. Both information quality and service quality significantly affected perceived usefulness. Based on the findings of this study, conclusion and suggestions were proposed.
