本研究以會計學為例，利用改良式概念圖建構網路教材，可將知識轉換為多向度的
結構，以提昇學習者的學習效率與效果。改良式概念圖模式係由 Novak 概念圖改良而
得，它除了具備 Novak 概念圖的優點外，更可進行加深、加廣或補救的學習，且使學習
更具適性化及個人化，而達到因材施教的教育目標。最後，本研究以高商會計科學生為
實驗對象，進行網路教學實驗，實驗結果顯示利用改良式概
念圖建構網路教材模式的確
優於 Novak 概念圖

在持續創新的需求下，跨公司合作已成為企業整會應用知識，創新求變的重要趨
勢，本文從知識基礎觀點和組織學習觀點，探討知識特質與知識整合機制對跨公司合作
的創新績效之影響，並以科技、資訊服務、金融服務等知識相關產業做為問卷調查的對
象，所收集的資料透過探索性分析與結構模式分析來驗證研究架構，結果發現企業係根
據知識的特質來決定所要採用的知識整合機制，並且知識的特質係經由知識整合機制的
中介而影響跨公司合作的創新績效。

整合知覺玩興構面擴充資訊科技接受模式─ 以入口網站為例，邱郁文 方國定
網際網路對社會經濟體系的衝擊、對現有媒體通路的影響已毋庸置疑。有鑑於網際
網路發展之迅速以及新興網路媒體行銷時代的來臨，本研究分析入口網路使用者行為模
式，希望充份了解使用者的行為特性，以便對市場未來發展作進一步的預測。
科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)是目前常被用於探討資訊科技接
受度的理論模型，但關於人員對資訊科技接受度的研究，多集中在系統面或組織面。因
此，本研究以TAM為基礎，擴充個人內在動機的知覺玩興構面(Perceived Playfulness)，
以期提昇TAM對入口網使用行為與態度的解釋能力，增加資訊管理學域對入口網站
使用意向的解釋能力，並協助實務界對入口網站使用者的瞭解。經結構化方程模型之建
構與實證，本研究獲得下列研究結論：
(一)、「知覺易用」程度越高，使用者對該網站的
「知覺有用」程度就越高。
(二)、「知覺有用」程度越高，使用者對該網站的「使用態度」
就越佳。
(三)、「知覺易用」程度越高，對該網站的「使用態度」 佳。
(四)、「知覺
易用」 程度越高，則使用者對該網站的「知覺玩興」程度就越佳。
(五)、「知覺玩興」程
度越高，使用者對該網站「知覺有用」 程度就越高。
(六)、「知覺玩興」程度越高，對該

遠距教學的學習者身處不同地域，造成無法與同儕互動而失去切磋課業的機會。
因此，本研究從合作學習理論的觀點出發，在淡大遠距教學平台的同步討論區下，透
過問卷填答與實地觀察群組參與同步討觀的情形，探討在決策與智力兩類任務下，不
同群組特質與大小對合作學習的影響。結果發現決策任務下，群組特質會影響群組討
論過程表現，但在智力任務下，群組大小才是影響因素；另外，在兩類任務下，群組
大小會顯著影響群組學習成績，而群組特質則會影響群組滿意度。最後，在決策任務
下，群組討論過程會顯著影響群組學習滿意度；而在智力任務下，群組討論過程則影
響群組決策結果滿意度。

隨著視訊媒體資料量的快速成長，繼文數型資料庫之後，開發一套有效率的工具來
管理些資料自然是目前重要的研究議題之一。視訊中重要內涵除了包括畫面中靜態影
像特徵之外，還包括視訊物作在時間軸上的變化。在本文中，我們以數位視訊資料為主
題，探討利用物件運動軌跡作為查詢條件的視訊擷取方法。相較於傳統作法，我們首先
尋求緊緻的運動軌跡表示方法。並以此為基礎，提出包括「運動地圖」與「方向性軌跡」
兩階層比對方法，以期在計算時間與擷取成效間取得較佳的平衡點。此外，我們亦提出
一整合性使用者介面，在單一內部表示法中，提供使用者更多樣的查詢方式。我們將實
際在電腦上製作，以驗證方法的可行性。

大學資訊中心KPI研究-以淡江大學為例，黃明達 林東毅
在現今高等教育機構供過於求的情況下，各大學皆需增強競爭力才能永續經營，而
透過良好關鍵績效指標(KPI)的建立，可呈現出織績效變化，以做為改善參考，進而增
加其競爭力。本研究採個案研究法以淡江大學資訊中心為研究對象，利用訪談、問卷、
敘述性統計分析、導入運作，探討大學資訊中心實際可用之KPI，以做為各部門主要業
務績效參考。研究主要成果如下：
1.本研究將淡江大學資訊中心過去較主觀的績效衡量方式，轉換成較客觀的量化指標來評估，並
為各部門選擇5-6個KPI，以便作為整體績效評估之參考。
2.大學資訊中心KPI的選定確實非常困難，常會遇到例外狀況及作業差異困擾

A Study of Incoming ECN’s Impact on the Trading
Structure of Taiwan’s Securities Market，周清江
Since the introduction of internet to commercial applications,
many enterprises have modified their business models to
embrace the emerging opportunities induced by the booming
internet. In the securities market, investors could utilize
internet to obtain order information more easily and completely.
In addition, with the easy access of foreign securities
information and online transaction through internet, investment
transactions are becoming globalized. Traditional trading
support no longer satisfies investors’ need. That has contributed
to the global rise of electronic communications networks
(ECNs). These new trading platforms make the competition
among exchanges more severe. With the gradual opening of
Taiwan’s financial market, the entering of these new players
into Taiwan’s financial market becomes inevitable. We study
ECN’s impact on the trading structure of Taiwan’s securities
market, in terms of the expected change of the trading contents,
trading methods, and trading support requirements. We first
analyze the ECN’s impact on the trading structure of United
States securities market. Current trading structure of Taiwan’s
securities market is then analyzed for stocks, bonds, and
futures separately. After several trading experts tested
an experimental ECN, their answers to our interview are
summarized as our conclusion.

Abstract
The Study of Using the Progressive Concept Maps
in
Designing the Accounting Course E-learning Materials

This study makes an example of accounting course in commercial
high school by designing the progressive concept map guiding
the accounting e-learning materials. Using a concept map
to guide the learning materials can transform the knowledge
in the learning material into a multi-dimensional structure.
So it succeeds in promoting the learning efficiency and
effectiveness. This study improves the Novak’s concept map
into a progressive concept map model that has the advantages
of Novak’s concept map and can help learners in deep , wide,
or remedial learning. It also makes the learning with adaption
and personalization so that it can help learners achieve
education object that is based on learners’ learning differences.
Finally, this study concentrates on "the progressive
concept map of designing material model" by an experiment
with the senior students in a commercial school. This experiment
result proves that using the progressive concept map to
design e-learning material is indeed better than Novak’s
concept map.

The Characteristics and Integration Mechanisms
of Knowledge to
Organizational Innovation Performance in Inter-Firm Collaborations

Inter-firm collaboration has become an important source
for organizational innovation in the competitive age. In
this paper, a study of knowledge characteristics, knowledge
integration mechanisms and their relationships to organizational
innovation performance is presented. The conceptual model
is developed from the knowledge-based theory and the organization
learning theory. The model and research hypotheses were
tested on a sample set of high-tech, information service
and financial service companies through exploratory and
confirmatory phases. The findings reveal that organizations
base on knowledge characteristics to choice the mechanisms
for integrating knowledge. And the innovation performance
coming from inter-firm collaborations is effected by knowledge
characteristics under the intervention of the knowledge
integration mechanisms.

Integrating Perceived Playfulness into Technology
Acceptance Model On Portal Site Usage

It's no doubt that the Internet's impact on social economy
influences the media. Due to
Rapid development of the Internet and the coming age of
new media market in the Internet, the
research predicts future market development by analyzing
the characteristics of the user's
behavior model in portal.
Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) has been widely used to
predict the acceptance of
a new technology, such as the acceptance of new software
packages. Ease of use and
userfulness are believed to be fundamental in determining
the acceptance and use of various
ITs. Much previous research has study the user's acceptance
for informataion technology by
the views of the system or organizations and may not explain
the user's behavious toward
newly emerging ITs, such as portal sites.
The current work bases on TAM and extents the perceived
playfulness construct in
personal Intrinsic motivation. We integrate Perceived Playfulness
into Technology Acceptance
as a new factor that reflects the user's intrinsic belief
in portal sites acceptance. A study with
221 users of portal sites was conducted to test the hypothesized
model, the results
demonstrate that:
1.There is a positive relationship between Perceived Ease
of Use and Perceived Usefulness
in the portal context.
2.There is a positive relationship between Perceived Usefulness
and Attitude toward using
in the portal context.
3.There is a positive relationship between Perceived Ease
of Use and Attitude toward using
in the portal context.
4 .There is a positive relationship between perceived ease
of use and perceived playfulness
of using the portal.
5 .There is a positive relationship between Attitude toward

The Impacts of Group Characteristics and Size on
Collaborative Learning
under the Synchronous Discussion of a Distance Learning
System

Distance learning utilizes these technology trends to unlash
the limitation of time and space in traditional classroom.
Meanwhile, it brings about the problem of deficiency in
interacting and exchanging views with their peers. Thus,
the objective of this research, by observing the interaction
among group members, is to investigate the process and the
effectiveness of cooperative learning under synchronous
discussion in a distance- learning platform. This study
is conducted in distance learning platform of TKU using
observations and supplementary survey instrument to investigate
the influence of group characteristic and size on cooperative
learning given different types of tasks. The research results
show that the group characteristic is significantly related
to participative process of a group under a decision-making
task. But under an intellective task, group size becomes
a decisive variable. Moreover, group size is significantly
related to academic record of a group and group characteristics
is significantly related to group satisfaction of cooperative
learning under the decision-making and intellective task.
Finally, the participative process of a group is significantly
related to group learning satisfaction under the decision-making
task, but the participative process of a group is reversed
under the intellective task.

Efficient Representation and Two-Layer Matching
of Motion Trajectory
for Content-Based Video Retrieval

With the fast growth of digital video, it is an important
issue to develop an automatic and
efficient video retrieval system for managing these data
effectively. Contrary to spatial
features in still images, video data also contain temporal
features, such as visual motion
trajectories of moving objects. In this paper, we focus
ourselves on devemoping a
motion-based video indexing and retrieval. Compared with
traditional strategies, we firstly
propose a compact representation of motion trajectory for
a moving object. Based on this
representation, a two-layer motion marching strategy, named
motion-map matching and
elastic matching, is adopted to achieve both efficient and
reliable retrieval. Moreover, we alse
discuss different query condition, which contain directed
matching, partial matching and
translation/scaling invariance, so as to provide a useful
and diversified motion-based query.Finally, we describe a prototype of motion-based video retrieval.
Experimental results are
given to temonstrate the effects of proposed methods.

Since the supply exceeds the demand in all the higher education
institutions, for business
continuity there is a necessity to enhance their competitiveness.
Setting up good KPIs not
only displays the changes of Key performance in the organization,
but also is a reference of
improvement, and at the same time, it further enhances its
competitiveness. By adopting case
study method, by means of using interview and questionnaire,
and adopting a description
statistic analysis method, this study focuses on key performance
indicators of information
processing center in Tamkang University.
The first achievements of this research is turning the former
subjective method of
performance measurement of Tamkang University into objective
and quantitative indications,
and selecting 5-6 KPIs as reference for defferent departments
while evaluating performance.
The second, providing this school and others references
while executing KPI measurement.
