影響台灣地區製藥廠採用供應鏈管理之關鍵因素,黃興進 洪萬富 洪銘建 沈思玲
自台灣加入 WTO 之後,藥品市場的自由化,而此不僅意味著藥品的利潤空間將因
此受到壓縮,亦代表在面臨日益競爭的壓力下,藥品品質與銷售服務的水準必須提昇才
能因應此一競爭趨勢。近年來資訊科技不僅與人類的日常生活結合,且衍然成為企業面
臨競爭的利器。因此,如何運用資訊科技與合作廠商鏈結以降低經營成本並有效提升經
營優勢,已成為台灣地區藥廠必須深思的課題。
本研究旨在瞭解台灣地區藥廠實施供應鏈管理的現況與未來趨勢,並探討影響台灣
地區西藥廠採用供應鏈管理的關鍵因素。研究母體為台灣地區人體用藥之西藥廠,並依
據 2002 年 9 月之「台灣工業產品資訊網」統計之人體用藥西藥廠為調查對象,共寄出
172 份問卷,有效回收 71 份問卷,有效回收率為 41.28%。研究結果顯示:相容性、集權
化程度、正式化程度、相對利益、資料整合需求是影響台灣地區西藥廠採用供應鏈管理的
關鍵考量因素。

資訊應用指標之研究-以上市電子業為例,黃明達 周政毅
本研究透過國內外資訊應用指標相關文獻及評估模式之探討,建立以企業為範疇
的資訊應用衡量指標。以問卷調查方式,分析上市電子業在資訊科技方面的應用現況。
經由集群(Cluster)分析法,回收之有效樣本分成三群。透過群間在 8 個資訊應用類型中,
依應用程度高低所得之平均分數,本論文將其依序歸類為 A、B、C 三個集群。研究中,
所列出各集群間資訊應用的差異項目,可做為應用程度較低的公司持續加強,以提升應
用程度的參考指標。
本研究發現,上市電子業公司在資訊應用上最重視的三個類型依序為「電腦設備使用」、「人力資源管理」、與 ERP,而應用上較差的則是 CRM 方面的應用。對於未加入分析樣本的其他電子業公司,可參考本研究所設計的資訊應用程度自我評估模式,以了解本身資訊應用情形為何。

企業導入及建置EIS之研究-以台灣銀行業為例,張怡秋
隨著國內金融市場的日益自由化與國際化,銀行高階主管需要迅速掌握關鍵性的資訊,以制定正確的決策。根據許多國外的研究指出,高階主管資訊系統(Executive
Information Systems, EIS)是協助銀行高階主管達成上述目標的重要工具。過去幾年國內已有多篇使用問卷調查及個案研究,來探討有關 EIS 的關鍵成功因素及發展策略的論文,但針對銀行產業探討有關發展 EIS 的動機、不發展 EIS 的原因、EIS 主要支援的對象、發展 EIS 的關鍵成功因素及遭遇的困難,發展 EIS 過程中在專案小組、系統規劃、系統發展上的實際作法,以及 EIS 實際上線後,對高階主管及其銀行產生的影響等全面探討的研究則較為缺乏。本研究以本國銀行做為研究的主要對象,採用田野研究方式進行,直接與三十位銀行之資訊部門高階主管及四位業務部門之高階主管,就導入與建置 EIS 及其所產生的影響,進行面對面結構性的深入訪談,以取得誤差最少的第一手的資訊。根據訪談之結果,歸納出一系列的命題。運用這些命題,對已使用 EIS 的銀行,可供其評估現有的 EIS 及思考未來修改 EIS 的方向。對尚未發展 EIS的銀行,則可參考這些命題,根據本身的條件,以最有效的方式著手進行推展 EIS 的計劃。而學術界亦可依此進行更深入的研究分析,以比較不同產業間 EIS 的發展情形。

線上經營模式及網站類型關係之研究,楊子青 李靜芳
近年來由於受到全球網路泡沫化的影響,許多人體認到網路公司要有清楚的經營方向與商業模式才能生存的事實,網際網路上的線上經營模式遂逐漸成為一項廣受討論的重要議題。本研究根據相關文獻,整理出以自有資金及線上收入兩大類為基礎的線上經營模式之分類架構,並歸納出網路資源蒐集型、內容型、仲介型、店面型以及社群型五種網站類型,以探討網站採用的線上經營模式是否有顯著差異,以及線上經營模式與網站類型之關係。
本研究根據台灣 500 大受歡迎網站調查,針對五種網站類型分別隨機選取 30 家作為研究個案,觀察其線上經營模式,並以統計方法檢定研究假說。研究結果有以下五點主要發現:(1)採用線上收入的網站數顯著多於採用自有資金者;(2)以線上收入為經營模式的網站中,採用供應商付費的網站數顯著多於採用消費者付費的網站數;(3)以供應商付費為線上經營模式的線上收入網站中,採用網站強勢的網站數顯著多於採用供應商強勢者;(4)以消費者付費為線上經營模式的線上收入網站中,採用消費者強勢與採用網站強勢的網站數並沒有達到顯著差異;(5)不同的網站類型,其所採用的線上經營模式有顯著差異。

針對處理工作流程例外之高效率搜尋方法,林朝興 許正昌
隨著知識經濟的興起,建置知識管理系統來有效的管理與保存有價值的知識,就成為企業保持競爭優勢的議題。但除了知識管理外,如何縮短企業工作流程處理各種事件的時間,快速反應例外狀況並有效管理,也是企業面對競爭,所應正視之重要議題。一般而言,搜尋解決流程例外的過程,共分成兩個部分,一是各例外屬性與已知例外相似度的比對、二是依各屬性之相似度尋找最相似之例外處理。然而傳統搜尋相似度是採取循序的方法,重複的比對導致搜尋相似度非常沒有效率。本研究提出兩種比對例外屬性相似度的方法,分別是座標計算二元法(BCC, Binary Coordinate Computation)、座標計算劃分法(PCC, Partition Coordinate Computation)用以快速找出該例外屬性在其概念階層中與各例外節點之相似度。本論文我們透過演算法複雜度及模擬實驗,詳盡分析並評估BCC、PCC與傳統循序法在不同之資料節點分佈時搜尋比對相似度的效能優劣。

顧客關係管理是近年來企業經營談論最廣泛,也最受重視的觀念之一。隨著網際網路以及電子商務的興起,顧客的消費習慣與動向比起以往更加瞬息萬變;相對的,在此交易環境下企業所累積的資料量亦快速的增加。因此,如何有效的分析這些資料以進行顧客關係管理便成為迫切的議題。近年來,雖然許多學者專家都建議透過資料倉儲的技術處理這些龐大的資料,但鮮少有研究深入探討此技術之應用層面的議題。因此,本研究提出一顧客關係資料倉儲架構及其建置流程,探討如何利用資料倉儲,針對顧客關係分析所著重的議題,包括顧客保留、顧客忠誠度、顧客流失率、顧客貢獻度及顧客終生
價值,建立提供線上分析處理所需的資料模式,並說明如何利用線上分析處理的技術進行上述各種顧客關係分析。

After Taiwan join the World Trade Organization, the liberalization
of pharmaceutical
industry have been increased the competition between pharmacists
and constricted the profit
on medicines. The way to deal with the competition force
is to promote the quality and sales
service. In recent years, IT became a powerful tool to increase
the quality of management.
However, many pharmaceutical factories still not use new
information technology to assistant
management instead of the traditional management method.
Hence, how to use IT to reduce
the cost of pharmaceutical factory operation and to achieve
better efficiency and effectiveness
became one of key issues in pharmaceutical industry.
The purpose of this study is to understand the current
status and the future trend of
pharmaceutical industry in Taiwan. We will discuss the critical
factors on pharmaceutical
industry adoption of supply chain management in Taiwan.
The samples of pharmacists come
from the list of Taiwan Industry Net, 2002 September. Totally
172 surveys were mailed, with
71 having completed data usable for subsequent analysis,
yielding an effective response rate
of 41.28%。Two kinds of purposes are considered in this research.
One is to understanding the
relationship between customs and supplier. The other is
the key successful factors in adopt
SCM. The study shows that Centralization, Formalization,
The benefits of SCM, The need of
data integration, and compatible with old systems are the
keys factors for successful business.

TA Study of Information Application Indicators
-Based on Listed Electronic Industry of Taiwan Stock Market

This research builds an indicator emphasizing the scope
of enterprises through
discussions of related documents and assessment models whenever
in Taiwan or abroad. By
the way of cluster analyzing, we divide the valid samples
into three clusters. According to the
average scores made by the degree of information application
among eight information
application types, we classify the samples into three clusters-A,
B, and C. The differences
among clusters shown in this paper can be a referential
indicator for the companies which get
lower scores in the investigation to raise the degree of
information application.We found that companies of listed electronic industry in
taiwan stock market attach most important
to the three types of information application in sequence-
「Usage of Computer Facilities 」,
「Management of Human Resources」and「ERP」. Besides, 「CRM」is
the type of application the
companies need to improve most. We design a self-evaluation
method for electronic industry which
didn't participate in our survey, so that they could understand
their own status of information application.

An Investigation of EIS Establishment in Taiwan's
Banking Industry

An executive information system (EIS) is a computer-based
information system
designed to provide senior managers access to information
relevant to their management
activities. Previous studies of EIS indicate that EIS is
able to assist CEOs to make decisions
better under certain conditions. Many EIS studies have been
conducted for past ten years in
Taiwan, and most of them utilized survey and case study
methodologies to identify critical
success factors of developing EIS, or to propose a developing
strategy of EIS. None of these
EIS studies focused on the banking industry, though banks
are IT usage intensive
organizations. The purpose of this study is to provide the
current EIS practices in the banking
industry based on first hand information by interviewing.
A series of in-depth interviews were
conducted with thirty CIOs and four CEOs of twenty-four
banks to explore the reasons that
banks adopt EIS, critical factors considered during the
stage of eveloping EIS, and the
impacts of EIS. The results of interviews conclude a total
of five propositions. Based on these
findings, banks with EIS could evaluate the current EIS
projects. For banks without EIS, these
findings could be used as a reference to develop their EIS.

The Relationship between Online Business Models
and
Classification of Web Sites

Recently, as Internet Bubble Burst, online business models
undoubtedly become the
critical issue. Besides, many scholars have provided different
definitions on classification
of Web sites. In this research, we summarized a framework
of online business models and
five types of Web sites based on related literatures. Following
that, we randomly chose
thirty cases of each type of Web site from Taiwan Top 500
Web Sites. After surveying the
cases, we used sign test and test of independence to examine
four hypotheses. The results
reveal that the numbers of sites of different online business
models have significant
difference. It also shows that different types of Web sites
will significantly affect the
adoption of online business models.

High Performance Searching Algorithms for Exception
Handling in Workflow

With the approaching of knowledge-based economy, in order
to remain competitive,
most of corporations are eager to develop knowledge management
systems to effectively
manage and reserve valuable knowledge. In addition to managing
knowledge, how to shorten
the process time of various events along workflow and also
provide prompt response to
exceptions is one of the major issues to be addressed while
facing global competitions in a
corporation. In general, the process of searching for exception
handling consists of two parts;
one is to compare the similarity between an exception attribute
and existing exception
handling; the other is to find the most similar exception
handling according to the similarity
of each attributes. However, traditional search for similarity
is to compare exception nodes in
an orderly fashion. The repeated computation results in
inefficient search performance. In this
research we propose two algorithms for the match with exception
attributes, BCC (Binary
Coordinate Computation) and PCC (Partition Coordinate Computation),
to rapidly find the
similarity of an attribute and each exception node in the
concept hierarchy. Thorough analysis
and evaluation of the pros and cons for BCC, PCC and the
conventional sequential matching
algorithm in the search for similarity based on the different
distribution of data nodes in
concept hierarchy is presented in the paper.

A Model of Building Data Warehouse for Customer

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one of the most
importance concepts in
business management. As the advent of internet and electronic
commerce, customers'
consuming behavior and tendency is becoming varied than
ever. On the other hand, the data
accumulated within enterprises under the E-Commerce environment
have been growing
continuously, and result in a new challenge?how to analyze
these data effectively to
facilitate customer relationship management. Recently, though
many researchers have
suggested using data warehouse to deal with such a huge
amount of data, no one has been
devoted to the implementation issues for integrating these
technologies. In this paper, we
propose a data warehousing architecture dedicated to the
customer relationship analysis under
E-Commerce environment. We also discuss how to build the
data models to facilitate on-line
analytical processing (OLAP) of the primary measures for
customer relationship, including
Customer Activity, Customer Loyalty, Customer Attrition,
Customer Profitability and
Customer Lifetime Value.
