基於灰色理論之短期銷售預測方法,錢炳全 李順益 王學亮
商業交易所獲得的利潤,是維繫公司永續經營的最大要素。產業界為獲取較高的利
潤,客戶訂單預測是現代企業資源規劃系統及供應鏈管理系統中與客戶維持一定良好的
關係的一項重要任務。目前產業界通常使用統計預測方法,來事先規劃長程的產能擴充
計畫及短程的生產計畫,希望能使得客戶訂單在交期準確性上,得到一個較令人滿意的
結果。但傳統的預測方法需要大量的歷史資料,才能使得預測值有一定的準確性。但現
今科技的進步使得消費性產品的生命週期越來越短,企業在利用傳統的預測方法做短期
銷售預測時,往往尚未收集足夠的觀察值,該產品便已從市場上消失。因此本研究就是
利用灰色理論中灰預測的簡易、少數據之特性,來設計一套包含二個灰預測模式來達成
有效的短期預測架構。實驗結果顯示,我們所提出的方法可以在短期預測上得到較準確
的結果,並且比以往的方法更加穩定與簡單。

年輕網路族對網站特性之認知與網路購物意圖之關連性研究,汪美香 葉桂珍
本文主要在探討年輕網路族對網站各功能特性之認知,以及其價格/便利取
向,與其網路購物意圖間之關係。整體而言,本研究發現此年輕網路族對網站
所提供之各項功能,可概分為「資訊性」、「娛樂性」、「經濟性」、「導覽性」四
個構面;其中以「資訊性」之認知對此族群之網路購物意圖影響最顯著、其次
是「經濟性」、再其次是「娛樂性」、最後是「導覽性」。此結果似顯示,網路導
覽設計並非純技術性之工作,如何提高其所導引之資訊性與經濟性情報內涵,
對使用者而言,似更為重要。而就網路特性與個人之所屬之價格/便利屬性而
言,個人之各項網路特性認知對其網站購物意圖之影響,似較其所持有之價格
/便利消費取向,更為 - 或至少是一樣,顯著。此外,不同價格/便利取向之
網路族似有不同程度之網站特性認知、消費狀況與網路購物意圖。最主要的,
有較高價格敏感度或較高便利性要求之網路族群,與此兩取向較低之族群相
比,不僅對各類網站特性有較高之認知,也似同時有較高之網路購物意圖。

線上遊戲軟體設計因素與使用者滿意度關聯之研究,謝順金 張武成
本研究主要是在探討線上遊戲軟體設計因素與使用者滿意度的關聯,本研究方法
為利用網路問卷調查法,針對線上遊戲使用者做調查,並以E-mail 方式寄發問卷消息,研究
結果顯示,若不考慮參與動機的影響,則線上遊戲軟體設計因素與使用者滿意度皆有
顯著相關,而依其關聯強度依序為娛樂性設計因素、畫面音效設計因素、編劇企劃設
計因素及操作方式設計因素;如果以不同參與動機群來觀察線上遊戲軟體設計因素與
使用者滿意度之關聯,發現影響各群滿意度的設計因素各有不同,如:休閒娛樂導向
群為畫面音效設計因素;三高導向群為畫面音效設計因素、娛樂性設計因素、編劇企
劃設計因素及操作方式設計因素。

改良式視覺簽章核對方法,杜維昌 葉則承
所謂「視覺簽章核對」的認證技巧是利用兩張透明黑白影像的疊合,以人類視覺方式獲
取秘密簽章。由於傳統方法所得到的簽章容易與背景影像相混合而難以分辨,所以我們
以影像的色層分佈為基礎,提出一種名為「中間值保留」的方法來確保浮現簽章的完整
性與清晰度。同時,我們延伸以往兩疊合影像必須屬於同一類型的限制,以期得到更廣
闊的應用範圍。在安全性方面,我們將以理論分析雜訊與安全性的關係,來突破傳統在
公開影像張數上的限制,我們將從理論與實驗角度來驗證所提方法的具體成效。

網路教學接受度之因果模式建構—以某科技大學網路教學實證,余泰魁 楊淑斐 陳慧珠
在近幾年的網路盛行後,網路教學逐漸被重視,對於網路教學的學習成效和接受
度之研究均奠基在電子化教學系統、教材內容、互動之相關研究。本研究綜合對網路
教學的學習成效和接受度之相關文獻,建構網路教學環境下的接受度因果模式,模式
中包含系統平台、教材內容、教師行為、參考群體、互動、學習成效和網路教學接受
度七個潛在變項及24 個觀察指標,以結構方程模式(SEM)方法,蒐集某科技大學修習
網路教學178 名學生資料來建構學習者對於網路教學之接受度模式。研究結果顯示本
研究所建構的網路教學接受度模式和觀察資料適配度在可接受的範圍內,經結構化方
程式模型之建構與實證,並得致下列研究結果:
一、「系統平台」對「教材內容」有顯著正向的影響效果。
二、「教師行為」對參與線上學習者之「互動」及線上系統「教材內容」有顯著正向的
影響效果。
三、「參考群體」對於參與線上學習者之「互動」、「學習成效」、「接受度」有顯著正向
的影響效果。
四、線上系統「教材內容」對學習者的「學習成效」具有顯著正向的影響效果。
五、線上學習者之「互動」對「學習成效」有顯著正向的影響效果。
六、線上學習者之「學習成效」會影響學習者的「接受度」有顯著正向的影響效果。

資訊系統的人機互動一直是資管領域重要的研究議題,過去只有較少數的研究針對如何
透過教學工具來增加學生的學習動機,缺乏理論的支持,讓許多教學工具的設計專家認
為只要有好品質的教學工具,就能夠激勵學生的學習動機。本研究主要根據遠距教學之
互動理論以及其延伸理論來探討「師生互動」、「學生互動」與「人機互動」對於使用者
所產生的神迷經驗(Flow experience)與使用意向的影響關係。研究發現這三個互動變數
對於神迷經驗與使用意向大多都呈現正面的影響關係,因此相關假說大多獲得支持。這
結果顯示遠距教學系統需要透過大量的人機與人際的互動,才能夠經由系統的傳遞來進
行學習,而使用者一但產生神迷經驗後,則使用者會很願意繼續使用遠距教學系統來進
行學習。

銀行業客戶關係管理系統之處理機能與建置因素之研究,黃振中 呂清祿
國內銀行營業據點過多,且台灣已正式成為國際貿易組織(WTO)的會員,使得銀行
間的競爭較以往更為激烈,建置客戶關係管理系統有其必要性。本文嘗試建構一個研究
架構,包含相關銀行客戶關係管理機能及建置專屬系統之成功因素;並利用此一架構設
計出一份問卷,對國內140 家銀行業資訊單位主管進行郵寄問卷,回收68 份問卷。經
資料分析發現「組織相關單位支持」、「可供使用資源」、「資料來源系統」等三項因素,
影響客戶關係管理系統建置成功最為顯著;有些銀行族群(諸如外商銀行、農會信用部、
信用合作社、新銀行等),在客戶關係處理機能之建置數量上存有顯著差異;小部份在
網路上建立電子化客戶關係管理系統(e-CRM)者,其建置績效不佳。

Abstract
The Short-term Sale Forecasting based on Grey Theory

The main purpose of business is to make money. For maintaining
a good relationship
with customers and maximizing the productivity of the company,
sale forecasting is an
important task in most of the ERP and SCM systems. The traditional
sale forecasting uses the
techniques of prediction based on statistical theory, which
need large amount of historical data.
However, the life cycle of commercial products are shorter
than before. Even a product has
disappeared before the enough data for sale are collected
to support forecasting. This paper
proposes new methods for short-term sale forecasting based
on Grey prediction theory. We
design two Grey prediction models to complete the task of
short-term sale forecasting. The
experiments show that the proposed methods have better accuracy
in short-term prediction.
Besides, the new methods provide a stable and simple model
for prediction in comparison
with the previous methods relatively.

The Relationships between Web-Characteristics Perceptions
of
Young Web Users and Internet Purchase Intension

The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship
among web-characteristics
perceptions, price/convenience orientation, and Internet
shopping intention of young web
users. In sum, the web functions perceived by young users
can be classified into four
characteristics –information, entertainment, economic and
navigation. Among the four, the
information characteristic seems to have the most significant
effect on web-shopping
intention of young web users, follows by economic, then
entertainment, and finally,navigation. The result seems
to indicate that the design of web navigation is not purely
technical, yet the enrichment of information and economic-related
characteristics are more
important. If compared the perceptions of various web characteristics
with individual’s
price/convenience attributes, the influence of the former
(web characteristics) on user’s
Internet shopping intention is more significant, or at least
as significant as, the latter
(price/convenience attribute). Furthermore, users with different
extents of price and
convenience attributes seem to be different in their perceptions
of web-characteristics,
consuming status and Internet shopping intention as well.
Particularly, compared to those in
lower extent, those in higher price or convenience extent
not only perceive higher on various
web characteristics, but also show a higher intention on
Internet shopping.

A Study on the Relationship between On-line Game

This study wants to confer the relationship between the
designing factors of on-line
game and user satisfaction. The study uses web-questionnaire
by E-Mail to collect data
from the gamer of on-line game.The research results : if
we don’t consider the influence of
user participation motivations , the correlation indeed
exists between the elements of game
designing and total user satisfaction, the intensity in
order is the entertainments designing ,
the design of the screen pictures and sound ,and the design
of compilation and project
scheme ,and the design of operation ; if use the different
user participation motivations to
observe the relation between the elements of game designing
and user satisfaction , we find
that the designing factor to effect the user satisfaction
in the groups is different .For
example ,the recreation orientation group are affected significantly
by the design of the
screen pictures and sound effect .The 3 high groups are
affected significantly by the
design of the screen pictures and sound effect , entertainments
designing , the design of
compilation and project scheme ,and the design of operation.

An Improved Method for Visual Signature Checking

“Visual signature checking” is an authentication technique
which can be used to recognize the
specified signature via human visual system by overlapping
two transparent images. Since
traditional methods often suffer from cloudy signature,
a new method called the median
reservation method based on the pattern dithered approach
is proposed to enhance the
integrity and legibility of the revealed signature. We also
expand the original restriction on
selecting the dummy images to provide a general solution.
Moreover, some strategies are
given to ensure the security of this scheme. Compared with
conventional ones, the proposed
methods have better results in legibility of recovered signature
and extend the allowable
number of public images under the requirement of security.
Some experimental results will be
shown to demonstrate these results.

The Construct of e-Learning acceptance the causal

In the recent years, with the rise of internet, the study
about the effect and the
acceptance to the e-learning is founded on the relevant
study of the electronicalized
teaching system, content of course, and the interaction
between teacher-learner. In order to
realize and to verify the learners’ acceptance to the e-learning,
we investigate 178 students,
who have studied the course. In this study, we use the SEM
(the structural equation model)
method where the model of the acceptance under the e-learning
environment is formed after
the conclusion of the relevant reference about this issue.
In this model, the 7 potential
variables (the system platform , the content of teaching,
teachers’ behavior, reference group,
interaction between teacher-learner, the effect of learning
and the acceptance to the
e-learning) and the 24 observation indexes are included.
Under the formation and the
verification of the SEM model, this study manifest that
we can accept the model of the
e-learning acceptance in comparison with the observation
data. We exhibit the results
obtained in below:
1. “the system platform” has an significantly positive effect
to the “content of course”.
2. “the teachers’ behavior” has an significantly positive
effect to the “interaction between
teacher-learner” and “content of course on line”.
3. “the reference group” has an significantly positive effect
to “the interaction between
teacher-learner” “learning effect to the e-learning”, “the
acceptance to the e-learning”.
4. “the content of reference” on line has an significantly
positive effect to “learning effect
to the e-learning”.
5. “interaction between teacher-learner” on line has an
significantly positive effect to
“learning effect to the e-learning”.

A Research on Interaction Types and Users Attitudes:

Human-machine interaction is one of important issues in
MIS field. Only few researches in
the past were done to stimulate students’ motivation through
learning tools. The lack of
theories support made many design experts develop high quality
learning tools and thought
students would be motivated through such systems. In our
research, We proposed an
analytical model based on interaction theory and flow theory.
A survey data gathered from
253 students was used to test this model. The research results
provided substantial support for
the propositions that three types of interaction (teacher-learner’s
interaction, learner-learner’s
interaction, and learner-technology’s interaction) will
affect learner’s flow experience and
intention to use.

The processing functions and implementation factors
of Customer
Relationship Management Systems in the local banking industry.

Recently, the competitive environment of the local banking
industry become acute for so
many branches set up in the past few years and Taiwan turned
into the member of World
Trade Organization (WTO). Implementing a CRM system becomes
a hot issue for the local
banks to consider. In this article, we tried to propose
a research framework including customer
relationship management processing functions of the bank
as well as some critical success
factors of this system. Based on this framework, we construct
a questionnaire and submit 140
questionnaires to the chief of the information department
of the local bank. There are 68
samples return from this survey. After data analysis, we
found that champion, resources,
source systems are critical success factors. There is significant
difference on CRM processing
functions among some groups of this sample. The performance
is not so good for these banks
that running the e-CRM system.
