企業間電子商務採用前後使用信念之徑路比較,張紹勳、湯宗益
在電子化社會中,許多企業紛紛投入相當多的資源,在網上提供企業之間產品/ 服務訊息的交換,企業對企業(business
to business, B2B)電子商務(electronic commerce, EC)正如火如荼的進行,因此,探討組織使用資訊科技的演化歷程及影響
IT引進之相關因素,尤其是IT 採用前與採用後信念的差異對企業流程管理而言,更形重要。
本研究理論架構係以Ajzen(1985, 1989)的計劃行為理論(theory of
planned behavior, TPB)為主,並整合Davis (1986)所提的科技接受模式(technology
acceptance model ,TAM)及Fulk, et al.(1987)的社會性影響理論,企圖由動機與行為觀點,建構一個更能廣泛解釋及預測組織採用資訊科技(IT)的決策模式,並比較IT
採用前與採用後的理論模式之徑路係數(β)差異,以了解組織採用IT 決策「過程」之差異性。
本研究模式廣納影響IT 採用的因素,研究模式歷經探索階段及驗証階段兩階段的檢定。結構模式分析結論如下:(1)本研究提出的「資訊科技採用/使用模式」,實証結果獲得支持,可供企業評估在IT(B2B電子商務)採用初期與晚期的影響因素,幫助企業有效引進或繼續使用資訊科技,進而提高企業競爭優勢;
(2)不論IT 採用前期或後期,使用IT 信念之因果模式中,外生變數先透過中介變數間接影響組織成員的行為控制及組織的主觀規範,而左右組織成員採用IT的意向;
(3)IT 採用過程,初期與晚期所應考量因素不一樣; (4)本文將理論模式擴充及細緻化的策略,對知識建構的方法具有拋磚引玉的作用。

政府機構網路資訊系統之服務品質評估模式,許芳銘、陳志炫
因著政府機構的資訊系統所提供的服務內容與私人企業有許多的不同,本研究綜合學者所發展出的SERVQUAL 與 USISF
等評量量表,以產生衡量政府機構網路資訊系統的服務品質與評估模式。
本研究針對政府機構的網路資訊系統使用者進行調查,採用因素分析法,刪除並合併項目之後,綜合出政府機構網路資訊系統在服務品質上的六個重要構面,分別為資料保證、使用支援、介面互動、使用付費、語文說明及系統服務六類。

網際網路(Internet)的成功,使得許多企業經由網際網路進行交易或其他商業活動,繼企業內部網路(Intranet)的風行後,企業外部網路(Extranet)開始被廣泛的討論。本研究即以Extranet為主題,針對國內企業採用的成功因素進行研究並探討實施後所帶來的效益與衝擊,主要的研究對象為國內資訊、通訊及電子產業總共發出問卷337份,問卷共計回收55份。

資訊科技在台灣零售供應鏈應用之研究,陳家祥、林博文
供應鏈管理透過資訊科技的應用才能達成商流、物流、金流、情報流等資訊之流通與共享。本研究主要針對資訊科技改變企業作業面、行銷面以及競爭面之策略進行初探。我們提出策略性運用資訊科技的概念模式,並對零售業之資訊科技應用情況實證分析。研究結果顯示我國零售業者之資訊科技應用傾向以作業面及行銷面較高,競爭面則較低,在本文內有相關假說驗證之分析與說明。同時,我們也提出一個修正模式並探討實證結果的管理意涵。

應用派翠網路結合遺傳演算法建構最佳化生產排程規則,陳瑞順、林栩傑
本研究運用派翠網路﹙Petri Net ﹚將生產線模型化,配合彈性製造系統﹙FMS ﹚對於生產線自動化的定義,結合遺傳演算法﹙Genetic
Algorithm ﹚進行排程分析與模擬,以便在有限時間內尋找最佳與次佳排程規則;研究中並實際建構具備GA 與PN
特性的即時模擬排程系統﹙G-P Scheduling System, G-PSS ﹚;透過時間導向/工作數量導向的參數設定,期望在同時能夠生產多種不同產品的原則下,藉由電腦快速的模擬與評估排程計劃,最後將計劃表送至工廠生產線上執行,以便增加生產線產能、提昇少量多樣的生產能力、減少工作機在使用率及閒置時間上的浪費、縮短訂貨至交貨的間隔時間,達成規模經濟下生產排程最佳化,與成本控制、生產資源配置最適化的目標。

全球網際網路應用孕育了電子商務(EC)新的交易方式,由於EC 具有流通迅速、無遠弗屆、成本低廉、全天開業等優點,其網路應用商機潛力無窮,成為各國政府與企業提昇國家生產力及競爭力之共同趨勢;也由原來只強調產品品質、價格滿意、彈性交貨與售後服務的消費,已被即時回應與速度與效率等電子化應用功能取代。然而企業在推行EC會因為本身的特性而改變其企業的組織結構及策略,而企業對企業間
(B2B)的EC可打破企業間的界線,並結合供應鏈間的合作關係與密切通路特質,以支援企業應用電子化,益增其競爭利基與優勢。因此,企業該如何善用EC
及供應鏈管理(SCM )是未來的挑戰與趨勢,而EC 及SCM 目前雖受企業相當重視,但有關本土產業整合EC 與SCM
的深入研究極其有限,本研究的目的是深入探討目前台灣企業使用EC與SCM 實際狀況,研究方法採個案研究與計量分析,以結合EC
與SCM 在實務應用上,並建置一EC 與SCM 之應用模式架構。希望經由本研究瞭解企業如何實際施行EC 與SCM 策略模式,以及其成功關鍵影響因素,以期提供其他產業在未來整合EC
與SCM 時的營運策略和統籌規劃整合方向之建議。

企業流程改造代表需要進行大幅度的解構與重組,其幅度擴及企業組織與商業流程。隨著以網際網路為基礎的電子商務技術逐漸成熟,愈來愈多企業已體認到網路經濟已經來臨,它將成為帶動改造的最佳媒介,為企業、顧客與供應商帶來前所未有的共生契機。
近年來西藥產業,不斷藉由收購與合併等方式,一方面希望快速邁向全球化以佔有市場,一方面希望快速降低成本以確保獲利。由於企業規模快速增大,營運管理面臨前所未有的挑戰,其對改造的需求更顯殷切。本文希望針對該產業上中下游個案的完整探討,來擘析此產業目前電子商務運用的實績與困難,並敘述電子商務對企業組織與商業流程變革的影響。

智慧型線上美容診斷系統,林義隆、蔡佩珍
在本論文中吾人提出一種類神經網路之倒傳遞網路方法與網頁技術相結合的智慧型線上診斷系統,並以臉部肌膚部位作為美容健康網站之診斷的標的。本診斷系統經由醫師提供診斷的經驗及使用者問卷資料的樣本彙整後,建立一套臉部肌膚部位之狀態資料庫,並以訓練倒傳遞網路的方式完成診斷系統之開發。吾人考慮在用戶端使用網頁介面之輸入方式,傳送至遠端的伺服器之診斷系統後,能進一步地顯示診斷的結果及保養步驟;倘若,使用者對自己的健康狀況有不明確的診斷狀態時,也可作為即時自我研判病情及相關訓練課程的一個參考依據,以達預先診斷之目的。另外,結合網際網路在診斷系統運用的優點是取決於網頁連結的便利性及人性化介面的設計方式,擺脫單機使用上的不便,大幅提升系統的實用性。

Abstract
A Path Comparison of Pre-Adoption and
Post-Adoption Beliefs in
Business to Electronic Commerce

In the electronic society, Conscious of the infinite business
adventures on the Internet, many enterprises have invested
quite a lot of resources so as to offer the exchange between
enterprise products/ message services on the Internet. This
trend has been causing business to business (B2B) electronic
commerce (EC) to prosper greatly. For this reason, investigating
the changing processes for the organization to adopt IT and
the related factors for the organization to introduce IT has
become extraordinarily important. For the business process
management, the differences in belief during the pre-adoption
period and the post-adoption period are especially significant.
Both Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) by Ajzen (1985,1989)
and Technology Acceptance
Model (TAM) by Davis (1986) have been confirmed as a very
concise and effective model to predict
IT acceptance. The main theory framework of this study is
TPB, and then manages to integrate TAM
and Social Influence Theory (SIT) by Fulk, et al. (1987).
Later from the motivation and behavior
viewpoint, it attempts to build a policy model which can better
explain and predict the adoption of IT
by an organization. Besides, from the comparison of the path
βof theory model between
pre-adoption and post-adoption, this paper aims to understand
the differences of policy process of IT
adoption by an organization.
This research model has included the factors which affect
IT adoption and has undergone the
explorative stage and confirmative stage. This study adopts
SEM to analyze research materials. The
findings are: (1) The expanded IT adoption model proposed
by this study is supported. The
extended model can be used by the enterprise to assess the
influencing factors in the IT (B2B EC)
pre-adoption and post-adoption period, so as to help enterprise
to effectively introduce or continue
using IT, and to further improve enterprise competitive advantage.
(2) No matter in the pre-adoption
and post-adoption, in the casual model of using IT belief,
extraneous variables first through
intervening variables indirectly affect behavioral control
of organization members and subjective
norms of organizations, then influence the IT adoption intention
of organization members. (3)****.

The Assessment Model for Service Quality
of Networked Information
Systems in Government Agencies

The service quality of networked information systems in government
agencies (GANIS) is different from that in private sector.
This study adopted SERVQUAL and USISF measurement in previous
researches to measure the service quality and get the assessment
model of GANIS.
This study investigated the users of different GANIS, eliminated
unimportant items in
questionnaire and merged into factors by Factor analysis.
The result concludes that six
dimensions of criteria are important in measuring the service
quality of GANIS. They are
data assurance, technical support, user interface, charge,
linguistic description and system
service.

The effects of Information Technology
on Taiwan Retail Supply Chain

Supply chain management is a fairly new and popular research
topic. The main
purpose of applying supply chain management is to properly
manage the entire members and activities of the supply chain
so that these members and activities can be integrated as
a supply unity to create low cost, high efficient, agile,
and quick response business capabilities. In this paper, we
intended to investigate the gap between the ideal use of information
technology in supply chain management and the real situations
in Taiwan retail industry. A research framework was constructed
to analyze how the factors of IT systems and applications,
IT outsourcing, and IT partnerships adopted/adapted by the
retailers affected the results of their business operations,
business marketing, and business strategies. An empirical
study was performance with a set of questionnaire for four
types of retailers including convenient stores, supermarkets,
hypermarkets, and fashion stores. From the results, we concluded
that, in Taiwan, the retailers had higher degree of using
information technology for business operations and marketing
practices but relative lower for strategic use. In addition,
companies with better IT management and closer business partnership
yielded positive impacts on business operations and marketing
practices as well.

Improve the Efficiency of Traditional
Scheduling System with
GA-Petri Net

Due to the NP-complete nature of the scheduling problem of
a FMS, generating a dispatching schedule to allocate resources
efficiently for manufacturing of products is a complex and
difficult task. It is tried that the solution is often obtained
by the computer simulation which is used a dispatching rules.
In this paper, we propose a Genetic Algorithm (GA) based on
the Petri Net model in order to find an optimal or near optimal
dispatching rules under specific performance measures and
restrictions. Our experiments show that the proposed approach
does represent a good alternative for dispatching strategies
of FMS problems.

up. On the other hand, it is displaced to elastic give goods,
service of bought speed-and-efficiency that original expenditure
only accent product's quality and content value. The construction
of business/organization and strategy will be changed by itself
characteristic when the EC be worked in a business. The EC
of the B2B can break the boundaries among business/industry
and business/industry. Thus, it will be mains challenge in
the future that business how to use the EC and supply chain
management (SCM). The EC and SCM are prized by business currently,
but researches of vulgar busine ss about converge the EC and
SCM are very few. The purposes of this research are discussion
of the use of EC and SCM in Taiwanese enterprises. Researches
into the enterprises that have already build EC and SCM systems,
to determine how to converge them to gain synergistic advantage.
To build the structure virtually that converge the EC and
SCM to offer the business to use. In conclusion, enterprises
must use and converge EC and SCM systems, so that they can
win the corrival advantage. Survey of these factors may help
enterprises converge e-ERP, e-SCM, and e-CRM systems to win
competitive advantage.

frequently emerge especially in the pharmaceutical industry.
Due to the rapidly dilated growth, adequate attention and

class in the future.
